Refund expectations for services and enrollment.

1. General Refund Position

Maintain Focus LLC provides education-based consulting, strategic guidance, organization, mentorship, and service-related support. Because services may involve time, review, preparation, administrative setup, onboarding, access, planning, and consulting work, payments may be non-refundable once service preparation, onboarding, access, review, or support has begun.

2. No Refunds Based on Outcomes

Refunds are not provided because a client did not receive a specific credit score increase, deletion, funding approval, banking approval, account reopening, credit limit, vendor approval, business credit outcome, financial result, or third-party decision.

Maintain Focus LLC does not guarantee outcomes. Results and decisions may depend on the client’s profile, participation, documentation, timing, and third-party systems outside Maintain Focus LLC’s control.

3. Program Payments

Payments for Personal Programs, Business Programs, Mentorship Access, Account Restoration Support, or any other service may be used to reserve service capacity, begin onboarding, create access, review information, prepare materials, provide guidance, or begin administrative and consulting work.

Once these steps begin, payments may be considered earned in whole or in part depending on the service, work performed, access provided, preparation completed, and business discretion.

4. Client Non-Participation

Refunds may not be provided when a client fails to complete onboarding, fails to provide requested information, misses appointments, ignores communication, delays participation, provides inaccurate information, or otherwise does not participate in the process.

5. Consultations

Free consultations, if offered, do not create a paid service relationship and do not guarantee acceptance into any service. Maintain Focus LLC may cancel, decline, or refuse consultation requests that appear abusive, duplicated, incomplete, misleading, unserious, or inconsistent with company expectations.

6. Account Restoration Support

Account Restoration Support is a one-time education-based banking profile review support service. Refunds are not provided based on whether a bank, credit union, fintech, reporting system, payment processor, or outside institution makes a specific decision.

7. Mentorship Access

Mentorship Access provides access, strategy conversations, accountability, and support as described. Refunds are not provided based on external outcomes, personal decisions, lack of follow-through, or dissatisfaction with third-party decisions outside Maintain Focus LLC’s control.

8. Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If you believe you made a duplicate or accidental payment, contact Maintain Focus LLC as soon as possible. Duplicate or accidental payment concerns may be reviewed at Maintain Focus LLC’s discretion, and any approved resolution may depend on timing, payment processor rules, fees, service status, and whether work or onboarding has begun.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact Maintain Focus LLC first regarding payment concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks, false disputes, or payment reversals may result in service suspension, cancellation, collection activity, documentation submission to payment processors, or refusal of future service where permitted by law.

10. Company Discretion

Maintain Focus LLC may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Any refund, credit, partial refund, service adjustment, or exception is at the company’s discretion unless otherwise required by law.
